About the Court Clerk’s Office
The Court Clerk’s Office is responsible for the records of the Court. We file Civil, Small Claims, Divorce, Paternity, Child Support, Protective Orders, Probate, Guardianship, Adoption, Juvenile, Traffic, Felony and Misdemeanor cases. We also issue license for: Marriage, Beverage and Private Process Server. The Court Clerk’s Office is also responsible for requesting jurors, checking in jurors and paying jurors.
