June Resale Information
This is a “BUYER BEWARE” sale. Properties will be sold “AS IS”. No warranties of any kind will be given by Grady County or any employee of Grady County. The properties will be sold for the taxes plus ALL costs and fees or two-thirds of the assessed value plus ALL costs and fees, whichever is the lesser amount. Properties will need to be paid immediately. Accepted forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check or money order. Pre-registration is available and recommended by visiting our office or by phone. If you have not registered by sale date, please be in our office early the day of the sale so we can get you registered. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Information can be viewed on our website: www.oktaxrolls.com.
