Jill Locke County ClerkJill was born and raised in Tuttle, OK. She now resides in Minco with her husband, Bruce Locke. She has 3 children, Kayla Locke, Lisa & Taylor Davis and Weston & Paige Locke. She has four wonderful grandchildren, and one on the way.
Jill started working in the County Clerk office in 2012, starting out as Finance Clerk and then 1st Deputy starting in August 2016. She was appointed County Clerk May 2018, and was elected January 2021. She has received her basic and advanced I & II certifications.
Prior to the workforce Jill stayed home to take care of her children. During this time she volunteered in many organizations through school and church programs, including developing programs under the AmeriCorps.
She feels blessed for this opportunity to serve the citizens of Grady County.
